He has passed the CPA exam and has over 15 years of progressive experience resulting in his current role as a Sr. Director at an 8,000+ employee communications and software engineering firm.
In his current position he is responsible for the development & maintenance of a complex multinational legal structure, managing the international close process, preparation of external financial statements, managing corporate tax functions, all while maintaining GAAP compliance. Previously he managed all aspects of the multi-national product division, developed financial reports for all aspects of M&A activities, and was heavily involved with the acquisition and/or divestiture of 15 entities. The candidate is an expert in Sox & GAAP compliance rules along with knowledge FAS109/123R and FIN 48. This Finance professional is well versed in Revenue Recognition SOP and SAB. He has managed a staff up to 35 people and is well spoken. He is currently looking for $180k base salary.
